Actually, we have developed the Form system to register logs of the work carried out by TAC, as well as the General Inventory listing.
 
In the meantime we are still working to make this solution fully operative in the near future.

We use web forms that feed a database with the information inserted by user.
 
Eventually, this form system will replace the actual Microsoft Access Front-End used to manage Database.

When filling the forms, DO NOT hit Enter key of the keyboard, as this action will submit the opened form, and once the form has been submitted, this cannot be undone.
